This Privacy Policy explains how Weekly Solana collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit weeklysolana.com, create an account, use offers, or request a payout.
Who controls your data
Weekly Solana is the service name used by the site operator and acts as controller for data processed through the member account, rewards ledger, support, fraud prevention, and payout administration. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@weeklysolana.com.
Data we collect
- Account data: username, email address, password hash maintained by WordPress, registration date, role, and account status.
- Rewards data: private member reference, provider transaction references, offer/reward values, status, holds, reversals, and payout history.
- Payout data: selected method and destination wallet address, request amount, review notes, and blockchain transaction reference.
- Technical and security data: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser/device information, timestamps, login and request activity, cookies, risk indicators, and security logs.
- Support data: messages, ticket references, and permitted evidence you choose to provide.
- Analytics data: page and interaction measurements collected through Google Site Kit/Google Analytics where enabled and permitted.
How and why we use data
We use data to provide accounts and rewards, attribute verified callbacks, prevent duplicate credits, display balances, process and review payouts, recover accounts, answer support, secure the site, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, enforce policies, measure performance, and improve the service. Depending on your location, the legal basis may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with law, or consent for optional analytics and cookies.
Providers and recipients
Data may be processed by WordPress hosting and infrastructure providers, approved offer providers, advertisers involved in validating a conversion, Google analytics services, email-delivery and security services, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. The blockchain wallet address and transaction are visible on the public Solana ledger when a payout is sent. We do not sell passwords, private keys, or seed phrases, and we never need those secrets.
International processing
The service is offered online and providers may process data in countries different from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. Offer providers have their own privacy notices, which you should review before participating.
Retention
Account, security, reward, reversal, and payout records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent repeat abuse, meet tax/accounting duties, and establish legal claims. The current payout-destination retention setting is up to 365 days, subject to shorter or longer retention where required for security or law. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by Weekly Solana.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent for optional processing. Some records must be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or law. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Use “Privacy Request” in the subject and contact support@weeklysolana.com. We may verify that the requester controls the account.
Security
We use access controls, hashing, encryption where appropriate, unique transaction constraints, audit records, and reviewed payouts. No online service is risk free. Use a unique password and protect your email. Never send a password, one-time code, private key, or seed phrase to support.
Children
Weekly Solana is not intended for anyone under 16. If you believe a minor supplied personal data, contact us so the account can be reviewed.
Changes
We may update this Policy as the service, providers, or law changes. The effective date will be revised, and additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
