Effective date: July 20, 2026
Offer providers and advertisers may cancel a previously reported conversion. This is called a reversal or chargeback.
Why chargebacks occur
Common reasons include duplicate participation, ineligibility, incomplete requirements, a cancelled purchase or subscription, false information, unauthorized payment, advertiser quality review, provider tracking correction, shared or manipulated device signals, VPN/proxy use, automation, or another breach of the offer rules.
Hold period
Weekly Solana currently holds new rewards as pending for 60 days. Pending Points cannot be withdrawn. The hold reduces risk but does not guarantee that a later chargeback will not occur.
How a reversal affects balances
The rewards ledger records a separate reversal linked to the provider transaction. A reversal may remove pending Points, reduce available Points, or create a negative balance if the original reward is no longer available. Where permitted by law, later rewards may first offset a negative balance. Ledger history is corrected through new entries rather than silently editing past transactions.
Payouts under review
If a related reward is reversed while a payout request is reserved or under review, the request may be reduced, rejected, or held. A request marked approved inside the site is complete only after the external USDT transfer is confirmed.
Questions and disputes
Use the provider’s support process for the underlying offer because the provider controls advertiser evidence and the conversion decision. You may also email support@weeklysolana.com with the provider and transaction reference. Weekly Solana can review its own ledger and communications but cannot override a final provider decision without provider evidence.
Preventing avoidable reversals
- Read every offer requirement before starting.
- Use truthful and consistent information.
- Complete offers personally on a normal device and genuine connection.
- Do not use VPNs, proxies, automation, duplicate accounts, or shared access.
- Keep permitted proof until the reward and hold period are complete.
